The USDF has confirmed our FEI gelding, EA Cygnus+//, has achieved a distinction only one other horse in the country has, earning a prestigious USDF Horse Performance Certificate at EVERY level of dressage – Training through Grand Prix – a feat requiring more than 90 qualifying scores and making Cygnus only the second US dressage horse of any breed to earn this accolade and the first-ever Arabian. Cygnus is also the only Arabian to be awarded the Adequan/USDF Jr/Young Rider Grand Prix Horse of the Year.
Cygnus has completed an astounding 72 USDF Grand Prix tests in his career, making him one of the top 50 dressage horses of all time for number of USDF Grand Prix scores. What a testament to his longevity and the quality of the Arabian Sport Horse. Cyg, who is working better than ever, always gets to do as he wants and he still wants to be a Grand Prix horse. Both age 23, Mimi and Cygnus will continue their FEI partnership in the upcoming show season.
